Carl Frampton has promised to make Kiko Martinez pay for twice pulling out of their European super bantamweight title fight. The Spaniard twice withdrew through injury but will finally put his belt on the line at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast on Saturday night. And Frampton insists he will take his frustrations out on the 28-year-old Spaniard in front of a passionate home crowd.
